Website
This website provides information about Language Practice. The website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Standard technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Language Practice service
When a school administrator, teacher or student uses the Language Practice Telegram bot, the service may process information necessary to provide the requested learning experience and school pilot. Depending on the feature used, this can include Telegram account identifiers, school and membership information, class and lesson information, lesson materials, text messages, voice messages, transcriptions, generated practice replies, practice summaries, development reports and usage records.
Why information is processed
Information is processed to register and support schools, connect authorized teachers and students, deliver lesson-based language practice, provide authorized teachers and school administrators with relevant practice and development information, measure pilot usage, maintain service security, investigate errors and support users.
School and class visibility
School and class information is presented only within the product roles and relationships used by the service. Teachers can access their authorized classes and students. School administrators can access information connected to their own school. Platform-owner access is restricted to predefined operational views. The service is not designed to expose one school’s data to another school.
Service providers
Language Practice relies on infrastructure and technology providers to operate. Relevant providers may include Telegram for bot interaction, cloud hosting and database providers, OpenAI for AI and speech-processing functionality, and ElevenLabs where an optional teacher-voice feature is enabled. Data is shared only as necessary for the relevant feature to function.
Data minimisation and security
Language Practice is designed to collect only information needed for the product flow being used. Access to application data and infrastructure is restricted, and credentials or authentication secrets are not intentionally exposed through the public product interface.
Voice data
Voice messages may be processed to create transcriptions and spoken responses. Where a teacher explicitly enables an optional cloned-voice feature, the required voice sample and related voice-provider reference may also be processed for that feature.
Development and usage reports
Saved practice results may be aggregated into concise student, class and school-level development or usage reports for authorized users. These reports are intended to support teaching and pilot evaluation. They are not automated high-stakes decisions about a student.
Retention and deletion
Operational information is retained only as needed to provide, support and improve the service and to meet applicable legal or security requirements. Retention periods may vary by data category while the product is in pilot development.
